Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm ambiance and friendly staff, which provided a much-needed escape from the chaos. The location is ideal for business travelers, offering easy access to the motorway. The room was spacious, equipped with a flat-screen TV and good internet, making it convenient for both rest and work. Housekeeping ensured a clean and tidy environment throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Dining options featured a local restaurant with a decent variety, including special diet menus, though I ventured to a nearby Greek place since the hotel’s restaurant was closed Sunday evenings. Breakfast was fulfilling, which helped set a positive tone for the day ahead. The hotel provides free parking and an electric kettle in the room, further enhancing its appeal. While not extravagant, Landgasthof Ochsen delivers excellent value for what it offers, making it a smart choice for those seeking both comfort and affordability.
